I just got the reading in Japanese. I can understand only half of the reply lol.

Ａ．女性が好きなんですかねえ…？…小さい人って背の高い人を好きになるじゃないですか…。もしかしたら背の高い人が好きかもしれません

Answer: A type of woman he likes? Since he’s short, small people tendsto like tall people…  I guess he might like tall people.

The text I put in brackets are basically missing particles, because it’s possible to drop pronouns and phrase questions as sentences without actually putting a question mark. My Chinese is a bit iffy, so I’m open to being challenged about the translation.
